jomizu is a brand of WLM Solutions GmbH based in Duisburg specialised in management and human resources consulting. Thanks to the many years of experience with customers from the logistics industry, we know how difficult the situation is about the German labour market. The recruitment of skilled labour was also for us a big challenge. Only the development of East European labour markets enabled us to gain qualified personnel. Thanks to the positive experience, the number of applicants exceeded our need, which is why we pass on promissing candidates to our partner companies. We have, in the meantime, successfully connected over 500 workers.

Thanks to our translation of your job offers and our work within the communities, you can reach through jomizu skilled national and international workers. We are present in Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland and Russia. This hepls us to connect to trained refugees all over Germany. Employers can choose from a pool of applicants, in which they can look for workers in their industry.
